• Payment via PayPal only. (Locals (Indonesia) may have an exception. Please discuss it with me.)

• All commissions must all be paid in full upfront. (No refunds are offered.)

• Must provide complete character references. (I DO NOT draw by descriptions.)

• You pay after I finished the sketch.

• You are only purchasing the digital file. Not the printed art.

• You can't claim that the art is made by yourself.

• As an artist, I retain full rights and ownership of the commission artwork: posting it to my other sites, making speedpaint with it and presenting it in my artbooks, etc. (I will always give proper credit to you.)

• After finishing the artwork, any mistakes made on my behalf (e.g. misread description, missed a detail, etc) I will correct without any additional fee. However if the mistake is as a result of insufficient information, I am not obliged change anything for you. 

• The time for your commission to be completed can be up to 2 months depending on many factors such as; health, order of commission, complexity, work, school or family issues.

• You may set a deadline if you wish your commission to be priority, there will be a fee depending on how fast you want it done.

• Please keep in mind that my art is constantly evolving, so there might be slight differences between the samples and the illustration you will receive.

• For personal use commissions: you can print the artwork yourself as long as it's only for your personal use and not for sale. 

• I have the right to reject any orders I believe to be unsuitable for my style or abilities.

• By purchasing any of my services you're automatically accepting my Terms of Service and being obligated to follow them.

• AI REPRODUCTION ABSOLUTELY NOT ALLOWED.
